Terms of Services

Please read the terms of service properly before contacting me for a quote or reservation.

General

Requesting the commission indicates that you grant me permission to perform the PSD separation work using your artist’s materials.


  • I have the right to decline the offer if I’m not comfortable working with your commission.

  • When reserving a slot for my commission, you will have to pay a 10% deposit of the base price. The deposit is not refundable.

  • I have the right to take videos of your model for promotional content purposes on social media during and after the progress is completed.

  • If you would like to have confidentiality for your commission, an extra charge of 15% of the base price.

  • If you would like to apply for a rush order, an extra $100 will be charged for your total price. (Deadline shorter than 2 weeks)

Files received

  • You will receive a PSD file by the end of the commission.

Credit

  • Please credit me as PSD Prep Artist (@meowao) on the platform that you’re using the model for streaming or content creation.

Payment

  • Payments are made through a PayPal invoice.

  • The prices are in USD.

  • Payments are paid at full price unless installments are requested by the client.

  • Complete commissions are non-refundable.

  • No refund once consultation/work has started

Revisions

  • You may suggest unlimited revisions during the ongoing progress for the commission.

  • You may have 1-month period to request minor revisions after the commission has been completed and delivered.

1. My Live2D rigging project costs over $2,000. Can I split the payment into more than two installments?

Projects exceeding $2,000 are automatically eligible for four installments. At this time, additional installments beyond four are not available.

2. Where will communication take place after I submit a commission request?

All commission-related communication will take place through Discord, including project updates, discussions, and file sharing.

3. My Live2D model PSD is full-body, but I only want half-body rigging. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, no. Full-body PSDs must be commissioned as full-body rigging. If you only need half-body rigging, the lower portion of the PSD will need to be removed before the project begins.

4. I would like to commission an NSFW project. Is there an additional fee?

Yes. NSFW commissions for all services are priced at 1.5× the standard base rate.

5. I represent a company. Will the pricing listed on the website still apply?

Indie and company projects are quoted separately. Please contact me with your project details for an accurate quote.

6. Does the pricing for all services include commercial (content creation) usage?

Yes. All services listed on the website include commercial use for content creation.

7. I may want to resell the artwork or Live2D model in the future. Is there an additional fee?

Yes. Resale rights can be purchased for an additional 50% of the final commission price. If ownership is transferred, you will also need to inform me of the new owner's information.
