Terms of Services

Please read the terms of service properly before contacting me for a quote or reservation.

General

  • By sending me a commission request, you have agreed to my terms of service.

  • I have the right to decline the request if I am unable to work on it.

  • The commission price is for both personal and commercial use.

  • Communications and updates will be conducted in Discord.

  • A clear reference(s) must be provided.

Process

  • Sketch → Lineart → Base Color → Rendering → Complete

  • Edit or revision requests must be informed before the lineart stage.

Credit

  • Please credit me (@meowao) on the platform that you’re using the model for streaming, content creation, or in the visual novel.

Payment

  • The payment is full upfront via PayPal. The invoice will be sent to you when the commission officially starts.

  • There will be NO REFUNDS once the sketch has started.

  • I will only refund if no progress has been made.

  • Payment by installments can be requested if it’s a bulk order (commission of more than 1 artwork).

1. My Live2D rigging project costs over $2,000. Can I split the payment into more than two installments?

Projects exceeding $2,000 are automatically eligible for four installments. At this time, additional installments beyond four are not available.

2. Where will communication take place after I submit a commission request?

All commission-related communication will take place through Discord, including project updates, discussions, and file sharing.

3. My Live2D model PSD is full-body, but I only want half-body rigging. Is that possible?

Unfortunately, no. Full-body PSDs must be commissioned as full-body rigging. If you only need half-body rigging, the lower portion of the PSD will need to be removed before the project begins.

4. I would like to commission an NSFW project. Is there an additional fee?

Yes. NSFW commissions for all services are priced at 1.5× the standard base rate.

5. I represent a company. Will the pricing listed on the website still apply?

Indie and company projects are quoted separately. Please contact me with your project details for an accurate quote.

6. Does the pricing for all services include commercial (content creation) usage?

Yes. All services listed on the website include commercial use for content creation.

7. I may want to resell the artwork or Live2D model in the future. Is there an additional fee?

Yes. Resale rights can be purchased for an additional 50% of the final commission price. If ownership is transferred, you will also need to inform me of the new owner's information.
